Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026. Ovandra operates TubeSort.
The service
TubeSort helps you organize playlists on your own YouTube account. You sort videos with gestures, review a staged list of changes, and confirm before anything is applied. TubeSort is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Your use of YouTube remains governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account you control. You are responsible for the changes you confirm in TubeSort, including deletions from your playlists. Staged changes can be undone before you confirm. Confirmed deletions remove a video from a playlist; they do not delete the video from YouTube, and adding a removed video back is your responsibility unless the batch receipt in the app offers a restore action for that batch.
Plans and billing
- Free: the features and limits listed on the pricing page at tubesort.ovandra.com. Safety features, including the staged ledger and undo, are included free on every account.
- Pro: $2.99 per month or $22 per year, billed through Stripe on the web. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes that may apply in your location.
- Lifetime Founding: $29 one time, offered during a limited launch window. It covers Pro features for the life of the TubeSort service. If the service is ever discontinued, lifetime holders will be given at least 90 days of notice and access to export their receipts and staged data.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel in the Stripe customer portal linked from the app; cancellation stops the next renewal and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: monthly plans are not refunded for a partial month. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal if no Pro batch was confirmed in that period. Where a store's rules give you a stronger refund right for a purchase made in that store, those rules apply to that purchase.
- Fair use: TubeSort applies changes through the YouTube API, which runs on a shared daily quota. Very large batches may be queued and applied in the order received rather than instantly. Current fair use limits are published on the pricing page and in the app, and they apply equally to all accounts on a plan.
Acceptable use
Do not use TubeSort to organize accounts you do not control, to evade YouTube rules or API quotas, to automate changes across many accounts for third parties, or to interfere with the service or its quota pool. We may rate limit, queue, or suspend accounts that do this, with notice where the situation allows it.
Availability and changes
The service depends on the YouTube API. If Google changes, limits, or withdraws API access, features may change or stop, and we will say so plainly in the app and on the support page. We may change features and prices with notice: price increases apply at your next renewal after at least 30 days of notice, never mid period.
Liability
TubeSort is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You may stop using TubeSort and delete your account at any time, as described in the privacy policy. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
